Some of the buttons on the Formatting (Page) toolbar are available, but they do not affect the Office Chart, Office Spreadsheet, and Office PivotTable controls on a data access page.
CAUSE
The buttons on the Formatting (Page) do not control the formatting of the Office Chart, Office Spreadsheet, and Office PivotTable controls.
RESOLUTION
You can control the format of the objects in the Office Chart control from the Chart Property toolbox. You can control the format of the title bar and the individual cells in the Office Spreadsheet control from the Spreadsheet Property toolbox. You cannot change the formatting of the Office PivotTable control. To open the Chart Property toolbox or the Spreadsheet Property toolbox:
