The Radio Toolbar Is Always Missing in Internet Explorer

SYMPTOMS

When you start Internet Explorer, the Radio toolbar is missing, and this occurs even if you previously configured Internet Explorer to display this toolbar.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because Internet Explorer is designed to never display the Radio toolbar when you start Internet Explorer. This is done to decrease the amount of time needed to start Internet Explorer.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, enable the toolbar when you start Internet Explorer.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
