SYMPTOMS

In Direct Mail Manager (DMM), if you click Cancel to quit DMM while you are in the Design Mailpiece dialog box, an error message similar to the following appears:

C:\Windows\System\Msstdfmt.dll has leaked memory.
Use PutBreakPointHere() in macros.cpp to debug.

When you click Retry, the following error message appears:

If this problem persists, contact the program vendor.
