Adding two or more tool band objects to Internet Explorer 5 results in duplicate menu items in Internet Explorer's View/Toolbar menu.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a bug in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Windows 2000. MORE INFORMATION

When a new tool band is added using the instructions on the Web page, its menu item, displayed in Internet Explorer's View/Toolbar menu, duplicates the menu item for the first registered tool band object under the following registry key:
