When you start Adobe FrameMaker 5.5, or drag the Calc.exe file onto a FrameMaker document window, you may receive a general protection (GP) fault.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you are using FrameMaker to load Adobe Type Manager (ATM) fonts and you are using one of the Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 5Si printer drivers that is included with the printer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:
Install the Appropriate Printer DriversTo install the appropriate printer drivers, follow these steps: Install one of the HP LaserJet 5Si (4Si in Windows 95) printer drivers included with Windows:
