Iomega FindIt Causes Illegal Operation in Windows

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Browse command in Iomega FindIt, you may receive the following error message:
Iomega FindIt, this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if you have installed Iomega's Year 2000 upgrade for the FindIt program.
