SYMPTOMS

When you try to view a Web page with the Microsoft Visual InterDev version 6.0 Navigation bar, you may receive the following error message:
A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug?

CAUSE

This issue occurs when the Visual InterDev PageNavbar control tries to open a Web page whose name contains an apostrophe (').

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, rename the Web page and remove apostrophe.

This behavior is by design.
