Symptoms

When you use the Microsoft Internet Explorer Open Software Description (OSD) code download facility (that uses the Java Package Manager[JPM]) to permanently install java class files onto a user's computer, the user is presented with an Security Warning dialog box for each signed cab file that is downloaded from the Web server.
