SYMPTOMS

When you try to start any of the programs included with Windows NT Server Tools for Windows 95/98, you may receive the following error message:
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.
Do you want to select another domain to administer? Yes/No

CAUSE

This issue can occur if a file version mismatch occurs between the Rpcrt4.dll file and the Rpcltc1.dll file.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install one of the following updates from the following Microsoft Web sites to correctly match these file versions:
DCOM95 for Windows 95, version 1.3 (http://www.microsoft.com/com/dcom/dcom95/dcom1_3.asp)
DCOM98 for Windows 98, version 1.3 (http://www.microsoft.com/com/dcom/dcom98/dcom1_3.asp)
