Use the following steps to add a shortcut to the Programs menu:
  1. Right-click in the File System Editor.
  2. Select Add Special Folder.
  3. Select Custom.
  4. Change the name of the folder to ProgramMenuFolder.
You can add submenus to the Programs menu. To do so, add a new folder to the ProgramMenuFolder folder.
