SYMPTOMS

When you start your Web browser program, you may receive the following error message:
Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module unknown.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you are running the Go!Zilla software, and the Go!Zilla installation is damaged.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, reinstall the Go!Zilla software.

To work around this issue, uninstall the Go!Zilla software.
