OL97: Invalid Page Fault in Module Nmsp32.dll

SYMPTOMS

When you start Outlook, you may receive the following error message:
OUTLOOK caused an Invalid Page Fault in module Nmsp32.dll

CAUSE

This problem occurs if the Lotus Notes Transport Service is included in your Outlook profile.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, remove the Lotus Notes Transport Service from your profile:
  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the Mail (Mail/Fax) icon.
  3. On the Services tab, click Lotus Notes, and then click Remove.
