When you click the Outlook link, on the left side of the page, you jump to the Outlook Welcome page. Some of the items found on this page are:

Outlook Downloads Page

When you click the Downloads link on the left side of the page, under "Outlook," you jump to a list of all the downloads for the different versions of Outlook.
