Print or Preview May Generate Blank First Page

SYMPTOMS

When you print or preview a Web page, the first page may be blank. The following pages do not contain the page header or footer.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if the Web page contains a table-footer-group, <TFOOT> or a table-header-group, <THEAD> with too tags that span more than one page.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, contact the Web site's administrator to notify the administrator of this issue.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
