Web Pages May Not Be Refreshed Upon Every Visit to the Page

SYMPTOMS

After you configure Internet Explorer to check for newer versions of stored Web pages upon every visit to the page, your Web pages may not be properly refreshed. This behavior is most noticeable after you use the Back button to view a previously visited Web page.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, click Refresh.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION

Web pages that exhibit this behavior may need to change their caching tags to automatically refresh the Web page.
