The NetMeeting call history is stored in the CallMRU key in the registry. To clear all call history, delete the CallMRU key from the following registry location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Conferencing\UI
The next time you run NetMeeting, a new CallMRU registry key is created.

To remove one entry in the call history, delete the appropriate Addr# and the corresponding Name# string value from the following registry location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Conferencing\UI\CallMRU
