To attempt to save your profile to the server again, click on Next. CAUSEThis behavior occurs because the service to store your profile settings on the Internet is no longer available. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, remove the Save My Settings Wizard, and install the Microsoft Office 2000 Profile Wizard. To remove the Save My Settings Wizard, follow these steps:
