Cinemaster Software Decoder Causes Computer to Stop Responding

SYMPTOMS

When you use a Cinemaster Software Digital Video Disk (DVD) decoder with the Microsoft DVD Player, your computer may stop responding.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if an outdated version of the Cinemaster Software decoder is installed on your computer.

RESOLUTION

Contact the original equipment manufacturer or visit Ravisent Technologies' Web site to request an updated version of the Cinemaster Decoder.
