When you try to open a Microsoft FrontPage Web, no Web folders are visible in the Open File dialog box, and you may receive the following error message
The folder "http://Web site" isn't accessible. The folder may be located on an unavailable volume or protected with a password.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if the shortcut arrow is missing on your shortcut icons.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods.
Method 1: Use the Windows RegistryWarning If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
Method 2: Use the Tweak UtilityNote To use this method, you must first install the Tweak utility. Tweak UI is an unsupported utility that is available for Microsoft Windows 98 on the Windows 98 CD-ROM in the Drive:\tools\reskit\powertoy folder.
