When you run Microsoft Reader, you may experience one or both of the
following symptoms:
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if your Microsoft Windows display settings are
incorrect, or if the video driver for your video adapter is damaged or
outdated.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use the following methods in the order in which
they are presented.
Adjust the Microsoft Windows Display SettingsTo adjust the Windows display settings, use the appropriate method for your version of Windows.Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98
Microsoft Windows NT 4.0
Obtain an Updated Video DriverContact the manufacturer of your video adapter for information about how to obtain and install the latest version of the video driver for your video adapter.For information about how to contact your hardware manufacturer, view the following hardware and software third-party vendor contact information: http://support.microsoft.com/gp/vendors/en-us (http://support.microsoft.com/gp/vendors/en-us) If the issue continues to occur, proceed to the next method.
