Borders May Be Printed Around Page in Internet Explorer or Outlook Express

SYMPTOMS

When you use Internet Explorer 5.5 or Outlook Express 5.5 to print a Web page or an e-mail message, a border may be printed around the page.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you are using a dot-matrix printer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Internet Explorer version 5.5. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS
