. SYMPTOMS After you run the Inbox Repair tool, you may not be able to
move folders or messages to the Personal Folders (.pst) file or save messages
that are in the repaired .pst file as an .mfg file. When you attempt to move a folder to a new .pst file, you may receive the following error message: Can't move the items. Unable to delete this
folder. Right-click the folder, and then click Properties to check your
permissions for the folder. See the folder owner or your administrator to
change your permissions. When you attempt to move a message to a new .pst file, you may receive the following error message: Can’t move the items. Could
not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.
Internal MAPI error: An
invalid parameter was passed to a MAPI function. Contact your administrator.
WORKAROUND To work around this behavior and successfully retain your
messages, you can use one or more of the following methods:
