Internet Explorer Starts When You Click a Hyperlink Even if Netscape Navigator Is the Default Browser

When you click a hyperlink in an HTML e-mail message in Microsoft Outlook Express, Internet Explorer may start, and this may occur even if Netscape Navigator is set to be the default browser.

To work around this issue:

1. Right-click the hyperlink, and then click Copy Shortcut.
2. Click Start, click Run, press CTRL+V, and then click OK.
