After you click the Help button on the following error message, you encounter multiple documentation errors in the "Reinstall Dial-Up Networking" step:
Disconnected from name of your connection Dial-Up Networking was unable to complete the connection. Error: 650 The computer you're dialing in to cannot establish a Dial-up Networking connection. Your server type setting might be incorrect. To fix this problem, contact your Internet Service Provider, or network administrator. CAUSE
This problem occurs because the "Reinstall Dial-Up Networking" step contains several documentation errors and incorrect instructions. For example, the "To remove Dial-Up Networking" and "To reinstall Dial-Up Networking" steps instruct you to "open Network properties in Control Panel" instead of using the Add/Remove Programs tool, and the "To remove other Dial-Up Networking files" instructions must be performed in Safe mode because of protected system files.
