OLEXP: Error Message: MSIMN Caused an Invalid Page Fault in Module Kernel32.dll

When you click Outlook Express in the Outlook Express Folder List, you may receive the following error message:

This behavior can occur because of outdated or incompatible display adapter drivers.

Contact the manufacturer of your display adapter to inquire about updated drivers. Often, the manufacturer's Web site will have links to driver update downloads.

You may be able to work around this problem by reducing the Graphics Hardware Acceleration setting in Windows. Use the following steps to reduce this setting:

1. On the Windows desktop, right-click the My Computer icon, and then click Properties.
2. Click the Performance tab in the System Properties dialog box.
3. Click Graphics under Advanced Settings.
4. Reduce the Hardware acceleration setting to None by dragging the slider all the way to the left.

NOTE: If reducing the Graphics Hardware Acceleration setting to None resolves the issue, you may be able to increase the acceleration one step at a time until the error reappears, and then use the last successful setting. Reducing the hardware acceleration may also affect other video-intensive applications such as games.
