OL2000: Differences Between Outlook and Outlook Express SYMPTOMS
When you click Outlook Express in the Outlook Express Folder List, you may receive the following error message:
MSIMN caused an Invalid Page Fault in module KERNEL32.DLL.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because of outdated or incompatible display adapter drivers.
RESOLUTION
Contact the manufacturer of your display adapter to inquire about updated drivers. Often, the manufacturer's Web site will have links to driver update downloads.
WORKAROUND
You may be able to work around this problem by reducing the Graphics Hardware Acceleration setting in Windows. Use the following steps to reduce this setting:
