SYMPTOMS

Internet hot keys, such as Back, Forward, Stop, Refresh, and Web/Home, may not work correctly in the products listed in the "Applies To" section.

CAUSE

This issue may occur if your default browser is Netscape Communicator version 6.0.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade to the latest release of Microsoft IntelliType Pro 2.1 software. You can find this software at the following website:
