When you upgrade your computer to Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me), your computer may stop responding (hang) during the hardware detection process, or when your computer is restarted for the first time. If you then restart your computer, Windows Me may start in Safe mode. You may also receive the following error message:
There is a problem with the system files. Windows might not be
able to run correctly. You might be able to fix the problem by running a
system restore. If this does not fix the problem try reinstalling Windows. VxD dynamic link call: NV3(04)+00000022 to "32DC", service 8
CAUSE
This issue may occur if you have the STB Velocity display driver installed on your computer.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue:
