Fixes an issue in which the cache is not updated when you use the SiteCacheRefresh method in a Commerce Server Starter Site when the Starter Site is running in IIS 7.0 integrated pipeline mode.
FIX: In Commerce Server 2007, the discount may not be applied when you have a discount that is defined by using by a category that is defined in a virtual catalog
