You cannot forward a fax to another fax recipient in the 2007 Office suites or in Office 2003
Discusses the problem that you are unable forward a previously sent fax document to another recipient in Office. This problem occurs because the fax ticket that was used to originally send the message is no longer valid.
Merge to Fax command is unavailable on Mail Merge toolbar
In Microsoft Word 2002 and in Microsoft Word 2003, the document-type setting is not available in the Mail Merge Wizard or in the dialog box. In addition, the button on the toolbar is unavailable (appears dimmed).
