FIX: Error message when you use DEVPATH environment variables in a .NET Framework 2.0 ASP.NET Web application: "Could not load file or assembly '<AssemblyName>' or one of its dependencies"
Fixes a problem that occurs the first time that assemblies are loaded in a .NET Framework 2.0 ASP.NET Web application. When you use DEVPATH environment variables, you receive an error message.
