Keywords using the AND NOT operator:
The Boolean operator AND NOT narrows your search to not include articles that contain specific words.

Keywords using the NEAR operator:
When you use the NEAR operator, the proximity of the words affects the order in which the articles are listed on the search results page.

| What's new: If you want to see the latest information about a product and/or a topic, use this option and select the number of days you want to review. You can select 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days.
NOTE: Leaving the search box in step 3 empty, finds all new information available for the selected product within the specified number of days. Entering a search in step 3, finds all the new articles that match the search and are new within the specified number of days.
