This article describes how to export a folder in Microsoft Exchange in
Windows 95.
To export a folder in Microsoft Exchange, follow these steps:
| 1. | On the Tools menu, click Services.
|
| 2. | Click Add, click Personal Folders, and then click OK.
|
| 3. | Type a name for the folder, and then click Open.
|
| 4. | In Microsoft Exchange, click the folder you want to export and then
select the messages you want to move or copy to the new folder.
|
| 5. | Use the right mouse button to click the selected messages, and then
click Copy or Move on the menu that appears.
|
Other Microsoft Exchange users can import the .pst file containing the new
folder.
