To export a folder in Microsoft Exchange, follow these steps:
1.On the Tools menu, click Services.
2.Click Add, click Personal Folders, and then click OK.
3.Type a name for the folder, and then click Open.
4.In Microsoft Exchange, click the folder you want to export and then select the messages you want to move or copy to the new folder.
5.Use the right mouse button to click the selected messages, and then click Copy or Move on the menu that appears.
Other Microsoft Exchange users can import the .pst file containing the new folder.
