This article describes how to create multiple Microsoft Exchange profiles by copying and editing an existing profile.

To create a new profile from an existing profile, follow these steps:
  1. Quit Microsoft Exchange, and then double-click the Mail and Fax icon in Control Panel.
  2. Click Show Profiles, and then click the MS Exchange Settings profile.
  3. Click Copy, type a name for the new profile in the New Profile Name box, and then click OK.
  4. Click the new profile, and then click Properties.
  5. Add or remove services as appropriate for the new profile. Do not remove the Personal Address Book or Personal Folders service. These services are required for all profiles.
  6. If you add a service, click that service, click Properties, and then make any required changes to the settings. Click OK to return tO the profile property sheet.
  7. After you edit the settings for all new services in the profile, click OK or Close until you return to Control Panel.
