The /batch and /all command-line switches may not work correctly with
localized (foreign language) versions of the IP Configuration utility
(WINIPCFG).

WINIPCFG has command-line switches you can use to send the output to a
file. These switches are not correctly interpreted in localized versions
of WINIPCFG.
