SYMPTOMS When you try to view the contents of a folder or its subfolders by using
Thumbnail view, you may receive one of the following error messages:
EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in module
THUMBVW.DLL at 015f:799eaee4
-or-
EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 015f:bff9d709 CAUSEThis problem may occur if the Thumbs.db file, which contains the thumbnails for a particular folder, is corrupted in the folder or subfolders whose contents you are trying to view. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
