This may occur if you have not restarted your computer.

To resolve this issue in Windows 95, either restart your computer, or move
or copy the desktop shortcut to the Programs folder. To move or copy the
shortcut, follow these steps:
| 1. | Right-click the desktop shortcut and then click Cut to move the
shortcut, or click Copy to copy the shortcut.

| 2. | Right-click Start, and then click Open.
|
| 3. | Right-click the Programs folder, and then click Paste. |
