When you try to extract the Desk.cpl file from your Windows 98 CD-ROM by
using the System File Checker tool, you may receive the following error
message:
The file was not found. Verify that you have selected the correct
"Restore from" location and try again.
CAUSE
This issue occurs because the name of the Desk.cpl file on the Windows 98
CD-ROM is Deskw95.cpl.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use System File Checker to extract the
Deskw95.cpl file, and then rename the Deskw95.cpl file to Desk.cpl. For
