When you try to use a Windows 95 or Windows 98 client and use the net view
command at a command prompt to view the SBS server that has a default
installation, this operation fails with the following error message:
Error 234: Additional data is available.
CAUSE
By default, SBS creates a share called Administrator and this share is over
13 characters long. Windows 95 and Windows 98 clients cannot work with
shares over 13 characters in length.

RESOLUTION
One possible way to work around this problem would be to remove or shorten
the share name on %SystemDrive%\Users Shared Folders\Administrator.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article.
