SYMPTOMS

After you install Windows 2000, the following Windows 2000 Accessibility tools are installed, and this may occur even if you chose to not install them during Windows 2000 Setup:

Magnifier
Narrator
Utility Manager
On-Screen Keyboard

CAUSE

This issue occurs because these Windows 2000 Accessibility tools are installed by default, even if you chose to not install them.
