RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, import the Excel 97 document into FrontPage 2000 and convert it to HTML. To do this, follow these steps:
1.In FrontPage, on the File menu, click Import.
2.In the Import dialog box, click Add File.
3.Browse to the location of the Excel 97 file and select it.
4.In the Import dialog box, click OK.
5.In the Folder List of Page view, right-click the Excel 97 document.
6.Click Open With on the menu.
7.In the Open With Editor dialog box, select FrontPage.exe, and then click OK.
8.Click OK.
FrontPage automatically converts your document to HTML, with the cell range that you selected positioned appropriately on the web page.
