Scroll Bars Are Not Printed Properly

SYMPTOMS

When you use Internet Explorer to print a Web page, the scroll bars may be printed in white or in the same color as the document.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if your background color is not black.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, set the background color to black:
1.Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2.Double-click Display, and then click the Appearance tab.
3.In the Item box, click Desktop. In the Color box, click Black, and then click OK.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
