Non-White Text on Dark Background Is Not Printed

SYMPTOMS

When you use Internet Explorer to print a Web page that contains non-white (colored) text on a dark background, the colors may not be printed. For example, red text may not be printed on a black background. White text on a black background is printed correctly.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue:
1.In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
2.Click the Advanced tab.
3.Click to select the Print background colors and images check box, and then click OK.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
