SYMPTOMS

After you configure Internet Explorer to check for newer versions of stored Web pages upon every visit to the page, your Web pages may not be properly refreshed. This behavior is most noticeable after you use the Back button to view a previously visited Web page.

To work around this behavior, click Refresh.
