In Microsoft Windows Media Player, when you copy files from one USB device to another USB storage device while you are playing an MP3 file, the audio on the MP3 file skips. This behavior only occurs when you copy files from USB devices.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
