FP: Task Added in To Do List Dialog Box Not Linked to Page

SYMPTOMS

When you click Add in the FrontPage To Do List dialog box in either FrontPage Editor or FrontPage Explorer, a link to the current page is not created for the task.

WORKAROUND

To add a task that is linked to a specific page, follow these steps:

1.On the Edit menu, click Add To Do Task.
2.Type the task name, a description, select a priority, and then click OK.
The new task will be linked to a specific page in the FrontPage To Do List.

MORE INFORMATION

This feature is desirable if you want to avoid using a page link but you want to add a task that is not related to a specific page.
