Basic text searches of the Microsoft Knowledge Base
To search for Internet Explorer information by using a basic text search of the Knowledge Base,
follow these steps:
| 1. | Visit the following Microsoft Web site: |
| 2. | In the Select a Microsoft Product box, click Internet Explorer. |
| 3. | In the Search for box, type one or more query words that pertain to your issue. |
| 4. | Click Go.
You see a list of articles that contain the query words that you typed. |
| 5. | View the article titles for topics that may apply to your issue,
and then click a title to view the full text of the article. |
