SYMPTOMS

When you send a message with no subject in Outlook Express, you receive the following prompt:
This message has no subject. Are you sure you want to send it?
If you press ESC, the message is sent without a subject.

RESOLUTION

When you are prompted, click No to cancel sending the mail message.
