SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to import an address book from Netscape Address Book into Windows Address Book, you may receive the following error message:
Error importing address book.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if Netscape Address Book is currently running.

RESOLUTION

Quit Netscape Address Book and then attempt to import the address book again.
