When you attempt to run the Novell NetWare Nwadmin3x.exe administration
utility, you may receive the following error message:
Cannot find Prtwin16.dll. Windows needs this file to run Nwadmin3x.exe.

This error message occurs because Nwadmin3x.exe is the 16-bit version of
the utility that is designed to work with Microsoft Windows 3.1.

Use Nwadmin95.exe instead of Nwadmin3x.exe. Or, manually copy the
necessary files to the local hard disk. For information about how to
use these methods, contact your network administrator or Novell.
