After you insert an HTML Markup in a page, illegal HTML comment code may
gradually be deleted one or two characters at a time from the front of the
Markup each time you save or reopen the page.

To resolve this behavior, use one of the following methods:
| • | If you are using Microsoft FrontPage 97, upgrade to FrontPage 98.

| • | Use an alternate HTML code (or codes) that accomplishes the same thing.

and end with the following characters:
